The property is near on locations in Makati where you can...
The property is near on locations in Makati where you can shop and eat. The staff were ok and friendly. No issues on them.
The hotel has no directory where guests could call the information or housekeeing and the like in case they will need something. We were not given tissue paper on our second day stay and the lavatory was not well clean. The housekeeping have changed the towels and the like but didn’t clean the shower area.

The location was very convenient, very close to Ayala Avenue...
The location was very convenient, very close to Ayala Avenue and the malls. I love that the dresser cabinet has a lot of clothes hanger :)
The location of the reception which was at the 2nd floor parking area was somewhat odd. When I checked out, I had to wait for over 10 minutes for the elevator just to get to the ground floor. Tried to use the stairs but there was a "no exit" sign on the door. Mattress was too hard. The aircon took a while to cool the room.

I really liked that they made an upgrade for my stay especially because that day we were celebrating my Mum's birthday.
My mum told me the coffee sucks and that there are no room flip flops

Location in Manila and closeness to airport. Friendliest staff. Good price compared to everything else in Makati.
Pretty outdated and no hot water. Skimpy breakfast (instant coffee).
